Our Team

Jaap Suyk CEO and head of our team of Hockey Asia Sdn.Bhd, is Dutchman (1959) for who Hockey was always an important part of his life.

He started his first training sessions as trainer at the age of 16 and his KNHB training educations 30 years ago.

Besides hockey trainer-coach in the Netherlands at many different hockey clubs, he was also hockey referee in several national orientated leagues.

"It was alwasy difficult for me to make the choice between coaching and umpiring"

Together with our team he started Hockey Asia with 2 purposes: Bringing live hockey TV over the Internet

and the set up of hockey academies and other developing hockey projects in Malaysia.

Although the first live hockey TV project had many hickups in Malaysia due to organization and internet problems

Hockey Asia stays focus on their targets for developments.
