24-06 PHF annouces team managements

Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Friday announced the managements of Pakistan Senior, Pakistan Whites and Pakistan U-16 Hockey team�s.

Olympian Manzoor Junior will be the Manager of Pakistan Senior Hockey Team, while Olympian Ahmad Alam and International Ajmal Khan will be Assistant Coaches, said SecretaryPHF Muhammad Asif Bajwa here.

Faiz Ur Rehman named as Physio and Nadeem Khan Lodhi will be the Video Analyst. Pakistan team will visit Europe next month and its training camp will be organized from June 20 at Hockey Club of Pakistan Stadium Karachi.

�Foreign Coach of Pakistan senior team will be announced within two to three days�,he said.
Olympian Waseem Feeroze named as Manager and Head Coach of Pakistan Whites Hockey Team, while former Olympians Shahbaz Junior, Muhammad Akhlaq and Rana Zaheer will be the Assistant Coaches. Pakistan Whites will visit to Dalian, China from July 7-11 to take part in the 4-Nation Hockey Tournament.

The training camp of the Whites team will begin from June 23 at National Hockey Stadium Lahore.
Former Olympian Saleem Sherwani will be the Manager and Head Coach of Pakistan U-16 Hockey Team, while former Olympian Asif Khan, Tariq Sheikh and International Khawar Javed will be the Assistant Coaches. Pakistan U-16 team will visit Europe in future. This team will be picked from players who are attending PHF Hockey Academies.

Another story says Pakistan Hockey Federation has made some changes in the probables attending training camps of Pakistan Senior and Pakistan Whites.

Kashif Shah and Muhammad Rizwan (PIA) are already part of the Pakistan Junior Team and they are now excluded from the Senior Team camp,said a spokesman of PHF here on Friday.

Tasawar Abbas (Police) and Shahbaz Ali (HBL) were in Pakistan Whites Camp and they are now transferred to the Pakistan Senior team�s camp along with Ehsan Ullah (PIA).

Hassan Akhtar and Salman Loosi replaced Tasawar Abbas and Shahbaz Ali for Pakistan Whites Camp.
