Good morning
Yesterday we wrote about the achievement of Sri Lanka against Nepal as not the best score at all.
Today we can tell you why? In an exciting match (from one side at least it was) Bangladesh did the best job so far to trash Nepal.
They scored 24 time and compare with Sri Lanka this was 70% better score.
Bangladesh who will face India tomorrow has one chance left to get into the final.
But the big match yesterday was definitely India and Pakistan, both developing teams with the talented players for the future, made it into a fair fight. India defeat Pakistan on the most beautiful way they could.
The Indians scored 5 times and Pakistan could only score one time.
Historical moment for India and gives us a bit of the feeling Pakistan must have felt in Salta when the Pakistani trashed India.
Of course the real final for the young boys of both teams needs to be achieved and this was no final yet but it showed the power of India as well.
Next Friday -as today is a free day for the players- India will face Bangladesh and both teams will have the confidence of a big win, Pakistan is scheduled to play Sri Lanka.
Under normal circumstances India and Pakistan will play the final again but at this moment everything is possible.
And these are the matches we are waiting for.
During the Asia Cup U18 India were not in top form but now they showing their best performance so far.
Yesterday also the news came out that every journalist is banned from the National Stadium in New Delhi.
If this is because of security matters or Indian coaches Jose Brasa and Harendra Singh has demanded for peace and quiet around their team we don’t know.
But at least the stadium is closed for the media, firmly closed and no way in or out.
More you can read at one of the articles.
But also good news came from the Stadium, the tickets are ready to be sold to the hockey public and let us hope for the teams that every match will be soon sold out what means 20,000 fans per match.
That would be good news for everybody.
Have a great day and keep smiling,
